Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment conditions

We do not receive payment in cash directly at Lajedo dos Beija-flores;
All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation date;
All payments will be made exclusively through the website and Pay-pal platform;
Upon completion of payment, the person responsible for the reservation will receive an email with confirmation of the dates and list of participants;

The Day-use is open from 7 am to 5 pm;
For check-in after 7:00 am or check-out before 5:00 pm, there will be no refund of the amount paid or credit;
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to check-in will be left as a credit to be used within 12 months or a full refund of the amount paid can be made;
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be reversed into credit with a period of use of up to 12 months or you can request a refund of 50% of the total paid, without the right to credit the difference;
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the check-in date or non-attendance (no show) at Lajedo dos Beija-flores, there will be no refund or right to credit the amount paid;
All cancellation penalties apply to all companions on the same booking;
The generated credits do not apply on special holidays (Carnival, Christmas, New Year).
